Ground Truth

Paste text or drop in a PDF. Each factual claim about 9-1-1 regulation is checked against 47 CFR Part 9 and the published NENA, ATIS, and IETF standards in our reference library, with the specific citation where one exists.

  • Each claim marked supported, partly supported, unsupported, or unverifiable
  • Quotes checked against the source text
  • Results emailed to you

For 9-1-1 GIS and database staff

Ground Truth GIS

Drop in your road centerlines and address points, and optionally your MSAG and ALI. They're checked against NENA-STA-006.3-2026 in your browser. Your files never leave your computer, and no Esri license is needed.

  • Phase 1: is each dataset ready to validate?
  • Attributes, address ranges, duplicate points, MSAG to GIS, and ALI to GIS
  • Each finding explains how it can affect call routing or LVF validation
